Enter into Lent by reflecting on the Gospels of the season. Our evening and/or morning (depending on your preference) will be quiet and contemplative with restful rhythms of listening, prayer and response woven together with music. Join us for either the morning or evening session and begin this penitential season springing with hope.

Join us for a relaxing afternoon as we savor the joy of taking High Tea at the beautiful Marriott Oak Brook Hills Hotel. Women of all ages are invited to join in a conversation with Dr. Mary Amore as we explore the Christian mystic that lies within each of us.
Menu: Assortment of gourmet herbal teas and coffee, selection of scones, sweet breads and muffins, variety of delectable finger sandwiches, and cheesecake. Champagne cocktail available at additional cost.

Journey with Jesus: lenten retreat for men and women |
 |
Journey with Jesus this Lenten season as we enter into the Paschal Mystery together. Participants will find this experiential prayer retreat a thoughtful way to prepare for, and celebrate more fully, the holiest days of the Christian calendar. Join us as we break open the scripture stories of the Easter Triduum, and reflect on our own lives during this holy season.
Facilitator: Colleen Lowery has experience in school and parish ministry having served for over 20 years in the Joliet diocese. Colleen is involved in faith formation for all ages. She helps others grow their faithand deepen their spirituality through presentations, workshops, and retreats. She holds a Masters degree in Educational Administration, and Certificates in both Catechesis and the Catchumenate. |

| Cost: $175 per person, includes private room and all meals. Commuter rates $100 for both days, no hotel, or $75 for Saturday only. |

Fr. Henri J. M. Nouwen: Priest, Pastor, Professor, Spiritual Director, author of over thirty books, will be the subject of the next Tuesday afternoon series. Dr. Barb Jarvis-Pauls will lead discussion on the many writings and inspirations of this renowned Catholic leader and humble servant from our church history.
